Planvyo is a Dutch product, built from scratch in 2025. No legacy interface from 2012, no acquisition stack of old tools, but a platform that should exist today.

Prices are on the website, changes are announced 30 days in advance and employees are settled pro rata.
Data stays yours, in Europe
Own hardware in the Netherlands, backups in the EU, export whenever you want and deletion when you leave.
The story
Planvyo grew out of frustration with scheduling tools that feel like administration: slow interfaces, annual contracts, mandatory implementation projects and prices that only become clear after a sales call.
So we built the opposite: a platform you can start with today, cancel monthly, with prices simply on the website and data simply in the Netherlands. The simplicity of a modern tool, with the guarantees of an enterprise vendor.
