Frequently asked questions
Which plan fits my organisation?
Starter is for small teams up to 25 employees, Business for growing organisations up to 100, Scale for chains and larger operations up to 500 with all add-ons included. Beyond that, or with specific requirements such as SSO and an SLA, Enterprise is the right choice.
How does per-employee billing work?
You pay a fixed base price plus a rate per active employee. When you add or remove someone, your invoice is automatically updated pro rata. No manual invoicing, no surprises.
How fast can I start?
Immediately. After checkout your own environment is deployed automatically and you can create departments and invite employees right away. No implementation project needed.
Is there a trial or demo?
We work with a personal demo: book one via the contact page and we will show Planvyo with your case. You can start within minutes afterwards, and you are not locked in: you can cancel monthly.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Annual contracts are never mandatory. If you do choose annual billing, you receive a 20% discount.
Where is my data stored?
On our own hardware in a data centre in Ede, including the database. Backups are stored encrypted within the EU. Your data stays within the EEA.
Is Planvyo GDPR-compliant?
Yes. A data processing agreement under art. 28 GDPR is a standard part of the terms, with a transparent list of sub-processors. For Enterprise, a custom DPA and audit support are available.
Can Planvyo be white-labelled?
Yes. Your name, logo and colours are free. Your own subdomain (yourcompany.planvyo.com) costs an additional €29 per month; a fully custom domain is available via Enterprise.
What happens when I outgrow my plan limit?
You simply move to a higher plan; your data and settings carry over one-to-one. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard.
What if I want to leave?
Your data is yours. You can export at any time during your subscription, and after cancellation we keep your data for 30 days for export. After that, everything is permanently deleted.
